Whitney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Wellness from the University of North Carolina. Her passion for empowering women and promoting overall well-being led her to pursue various certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association.

As a Specialist in Sports Nutrition Coaching, Certified Genetics-Based Designer Coach, Certified Elite Trainer, and Personal Trainer, Whitney possesses a wealth of expertise in the fitness and nutrition realm.

Additionally, her certification as a Women's Coaching Specialist through Girls Gone Strong showcases her dedication to providing tailored support to women on their transformative journeys. Through her profound knowledge and practical experience, Whitney is committed to helping women achieve sustainable and lasting results.

Megan's fitness journey commenced as a high-level gymnast and further advanced through participation in bikini bodybuilding. Her credentials include certification by the esteemed International Sports Sciences Association for personal training.

In addition to her expertise in personal training, Megan holds certifications as a Health and Wellness Coach, Nutritional Consultant, and Holistic Nutrition Coach, all accredited by the reputable American Fitness Professionals & Associates.

Megan's coaching methodology revolves around structured plans and direct guidance, enabling her to offer clear and empowering support to women seeking to realize their desired physique and overall wellness.
